Who is Kelly Slusarski

I’m currently an American pilot specializing in transatlantic routes for a major U.S. Airline.

I left a great government job to fly airplanes. Several people advised me not to, but I’m glad I did. I love flying and have had amazing experiences ever since.

I’ve gained extensive aviation experience over the past 30+ years having served in airline pricing, revenue management, sales, air service development, entrepreneurship, airport inspection, commercial drone pilot, certified flight instructor, and ultimately as a manager at the Federal Aviation Administration. All of which led me to the flight deck.

I started this blog to share insights into my broad aviation experience and connect with those that are interested in aviation, entrepreneurship, or a career change.
